The IKON IGCO Full-Size Gas Convection Oven is designed for commercial kitchens, offering precise temperature control, high-efficiency burners, and versatile baking capabilities. Available as a single or double oven, it is perfect for restaurants, bakeries, and catering operations.

• 2-speed ½ HP fan motor (1725 / 1140 rpm) with forced ‘cool down’ fan mode
• Electronic ignition (Fenwal) and electronic thermostat (FAST) with manual timer
• Oven temperature range: 150°-500°F (66°-260°C)
• Porcelain enamel oven interior with two halogen interior lights
• Stainless steel front, sides, and top exterior
• Control panel conveniently located on right side, away from burners
• Five nickel-plated racks, 10 rack positions
• Anchor point on rear for restraining cable
• Single oven requires IGCO Leg Kit (sold separately)
• Double oven requires two IGCO ovens and IGCO Stacking Kit (sold separately)
